EIU UPI is a union organized to represent Unit A faculty (tenured / tenure track), Unit B Annually Contracted Faculty (ACF) after completion of 2 semesters of employment at EIU, and Unit B Academic Support Professionals (ASP).

 

We were in contract negotiations with our Administration. This began March of 2022 and we did get a fair contract.

 

When you see the signs saying “Working Without a Contract”, it is true as we do not have a newly bargained and signed contract between EIU UPI and the Administration.
